Player statement

I am a two-way defenseman who takes pride in being reliable in all areas of the ice. I am a defenseman who uses my hockey sense, skating, puck movement, and ability to read the play to contribute at both ends of the ice. Defensively, I compete hard, win battles, protect the front of the net, and make smart decisions under pressure. Offensively, I move the puck well, join the rush, create opportunities, and get shots through from the point. I work hard every shift and do whatever it takes to help my team succeed, while leading through my work ethic, attitude, and commitment to my teammates.

Academically, I graduated Grade 8 on the honour roll and received awards in both French and Drama. I am entering Grade 11 with an 85% average. My goal is to continue developing my game and earn the opportunity to play NCAA hockey while pursuing a degree in the medical field.
